Service Description

MentionIQ provides AI visibility tracking services that monitor how your brand is mentioned across various AI platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search and response systems.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Requirements:

  • • Accept responsibility for all account activities

Acceptable Use Policy

Billing and Payments

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MentionIQ from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for certain types of disputes.

Arbitration Process:

  • • Administered by the American Arbitration Association
  • • Conducted in Delaware, United States
  • • Individual disputes only (no class actions)
  • • 30-day notice period for dispute resolution attempts

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement:

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MentionIQ regarding the use of the service.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with 30 days' notice to users.

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
